The last major US carrier without a Windows Phone 8 device is finally joining the party. Ahead of Microsoft’s BUILD conference Sprint has announced they will be offering two Windows Phone 8 devices this summer. As previous rumors indicated, the devices will be made by HTC and Samsung.

First up is the HTC 8XT, an obvious variant of the 8X. It sheds the “Windows Phone” in its name and adds dual front-facing BoomSound speakers like the ones found on the HTC One. Other specs are identical to the original 8X: 8MP camera, 1.4GHz dual-core processor, and 4.3″ display. The 8XT will cost $99 at launch.

Next up is the Samsung ATIV S Neo is also similar to its predecessor. It has a 4.8″ HD display, 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 8MP camera, and a rare microSD card slot. The Neo has the typical Samsung build quality that has made them so popular in the Android world. When the ATIV S Neo launches this summer it will cost $149. Both phones will be launching some time this summer.

Sprint customers, which one are you picking? We’ve been waiting a very long time for Windows Phone 8 on Sprint, and now it’s here.
