The Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus has undoubtedly many features but we are going to discuss only those which really stand out. One of these is the ultrabook’s display which showcases 13.3 inches of screen size and 3200 x 1800 pixels of resolution. Obviously, these numbers are big and has the capacity to provide consumers with a different ultrabook and viewing experiences. With an integrated Intel HD Graphics 4400 in the central processing unit, it can also execute and deliver graphically demanding tasks without overusing the other internal components. On the other hand, the Book 9 Plus’ battery is a 4-cell Lithium Polymer with 7300 mAh capacity. It can last for more than 7 hours on average use – which includes playing music, watching movies and turning the Wi-Fi on

Software And Other Features

Aside from the display and battery, the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus also has great software and hardware selection. With the Windows 8.1 operating system, consumers can expect that this ultrabook will have all the essential Microsoft applications. In terms of the hardware, the Book 9 Plus packs an Intel Core i5 4200U processor which is considered as one of the fastest in the Haswell lineup. It has 1.6 GHz of clock speed, 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of hard disk. Plus, it has all the necessary ports which include USB 3.0, HDMI, Ethernet, 3-in-1 Memory Card Reader and a combo jack.

The Bottom Line

There are only a few flaws which can be seen in the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus. First of all, it is a little bit more expensive than what consumers expected. Second, it is not a hybrid. Not that this is a deal-breaker for customers but it could have been better if Samsung made it a tablet with a detachable and attachable base.
